Back Office Executive

To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals.Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders. Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.

Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations. Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines. Good command over the English & Hindi language & Communication. Practical knowledge of excel & its various function.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
