Job Description

Handle support functions like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation, and maintain workflow accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams by Managing behind the scenes operations. Basic Excel| Fluent in English Speaking and Typing| Typing Speed >30WPM| Internet Surfing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.

  • Generate qualified leads using tools like Linkedln, email campaigns, and cold outreach.

  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to introduce services/products.

  • Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on business requirements.

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

  • Track and report lead generations performance and conversion metrics.

  • Support marketing campaigns by collecting and nurturing prospective client data.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

  • Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and interest.
