Role: Recovery of Shares (ROS) Intern

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist clients in identifying and recovering unclaimed or lost shares from companies or government registries.

• Handle documentation and coordinate with regulatory bodies like IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund).

• Maintain accurate records and track progress of each case.

• Engage with clients to explain the share recovery process.

• Conduct research on company filings and shareholder records.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates or Final Year Students (B.Com, BBA, LLB, or equivalent)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of equity markets and company law is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
