Edycore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its US IT Staffing division! We are looking for high-energy individuals to join our Bench Sales team at our prime office location on SG Highway.

Shift Details:

• Type: Night Shift (US Hours)

• Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Typical US Shift)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Marketing: Actively market bench candidates to Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage requirements for W2, C2C, and 1099 roles.

• Sourcing: Find talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking.

• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with vendors and hiring managers to understand technical needs.

• Documentation: Maintain real-time records in our ATS and recruitment trackers.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with excellent English are encouraged to apply!).

• Skills: Strong negotiation, follow-up, and verbal communication skills.

• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready for a fast-paced environment.
