Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in event coordination and management by handling backend operations.
• Maintain and update event data, registrations, and reports in Excel and CRM tools.
• Support the team with documentation, emails, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for event-related tasks.
• Handle incoming inquiries and assist in smooth communication within departments. • Manage inventory and logistics for event-related materials.
• Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other office-related documents.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of all event-related documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative work efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in event management or administration will be an advantage.
