Description

• Assist the surgeon during OPD hours by managing patient files, reports, and appointment flow.

• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and necessary medical documentation.

• Manage documentation, filing, record maintenance, and correspondence.Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication.

• Enter patient data, treatment records, and hospital information accurately in Excel.

• Maintain staff attendance records and update daily attendance reports.

• Coordinate with staff for duty schedules and leave management.

• Assist in basic marketing activities and execution of promotional plans.

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and teams for marketing tasks.

• Arrange and organize internal and external meetings.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans.

• Note: We need only female candidate who is having good communication skill , knows Gujarati.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
