Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage daily operational tasks including stock entries, inventory management, and order processing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase/sales entries, stock handling, and coordination with packing and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform purchase entries and sales entries in Tally

Maintain accurate records of invoices, billing, and transactions

Handle stock and inventory management (inward & outward)

Generate product labels/barcodes for orders

Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing and dispatch

Ensure proper documentation for all orders and shipments

Track stock levels and update inventory regularly

Assist in preparing basic reports for sales and inventory

Maintain organized records of all operational data

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Tally ERP

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with inventory management processes

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce or related field

Prior experience in accounts, inventory, or back-office operations of 1 -2 years

Salary: 18k to 20k
