The Back Office Executive will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with departments, and maintaining records accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files
Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation
Support sales, accounts, and operations teams with backend work
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic MIS reports
Maintain stock, vendor, and customer records
Coordinate with internal departments for required information
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Assist in GST, billing, and basic accounting tasks (if required)
Handle emails, follow-ups, and office correspondence
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software (preferred)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience
Experience in office administration or back-office operations is an advantage
