Back Office Executive

NOTE:- Must have experience in Tender Field

Job Description :

• Identify new tenders through various portals, websites, newspapers, and government publications.

• Download and study tender documents thoroughly to understand requirements, terms, and eligibility criteria.

• Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical and financial proposals in line with client/tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal, etc.) for inputs and necessary documents.

• Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) before deadlines.

• Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, clarifications, and correspondence.

• Track tender results, prepare comparative statements, and share status reports with management.

• Handle post-tender activities like clarifications, negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Maintain and update vendor registrations and empanelment with government and private clients.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements at all times.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
