• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Take customer queries over the calls.

• Coordinate with various departments to understand data requirements.

• Generate reports for management.

• Automate repetitive data tasks through advanced Excel functionalities and macros.
