Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain databases, or analytical tools
Maintaining accurate customer/client databases, updating records in ERP or CRM systems
Handling documentation, such as raising demand letters, receipts, and agreement papers
Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy
Troubleshoot issues and support daily
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Follow documentation, security, and testing standards
Email management & crm back end handling
No direct customer interaction & Managing Client Requirments '
Assisting sales teams, coordinating with finance departments for payment follow-ups, and managing client queries.
Preparing MIS reports on billing, payments, and project milestones.
Managing the full cycle of customer support and operational workflows.
