Job Description

Motor insurance & general insurance policy processing (quotations and issuance) using insurance portals and systems .

Coordinate with agents and customers for collection of necessary documents and KYC compliance (e.g., identity, vehicle, finance documents).

Maintain and update records in Back Office / Insurance software systems; organize documentation accurately .

Generate and share internal reports—policy status, pending documentation, daily task logs.

Liaise with Underwriting, Claims, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite processing.

Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as needed.

Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, especially KYC and broking guidelines.
