Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Store Person to manage store records, maintain accurate inventory data, and support the daily operations of the store department. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to coordinate with procurement and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update stock/inventory records in the system.

Perform daily data entry of materials received and issued.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.

Conduct physical verification of stock and reconcile with system data.

Ensure timely reporting of material shortages or discrepancies.

Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for material receipts and documentation.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, challans, and gate passes.

Keep the store area organized, clean, and well-managed.

Support audit requirements related to inventory and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and email).

Experience in store management or data entry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

0–2 years of experience in data entry or store handling.

Experience in using ERP / inventory management software will be an added advantage.
