You will be the operational engine of our site team:
Ensure flawless documentation & data management across departments
Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and project databases
Coordinate between Sales, CRM, and Site Teams for smooth workflow
Process customer forms, agreements, invoices & internal approvals
Handle email communication and vendor coordination
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
Support audits, compliance, and record maintenance
Bring order, accuracy & speed to back-office processes
✔ A highly organized professional who loves structure
✔ Strong in MS Office & data handling
✔ Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
✔ Eye for detail + ability to multitask
✔ Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
✔ Experience: 0–3 years (Real Estate/Hospitality/Admin preferred)
