Job Description:

Class Boxes Technologies is hiring motivated freshers as Bench Sales Recruiters for US IT staffing. This role offers complete training, mentoring, and growth opportunities in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Market and place IT consultants on US contract opportunities.

-  Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors via calls, emails, andLinkedIn.

-  Submit candidates to suitable job requirements and coordinate interviews.

-  Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and records.

-  Apply 150 applications daily once training is completed.

-  Continuously learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:

-  Good English communication skills (spoken & written).

-  Willingness to work US hours (night & day shifts).

-  Fast learner with a strong work ethic.

-  Basic IT knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
