In this dynamic role, you will manage the end-to-end processing of client loan files and financial documentation. While serving as a core administrative pillar, you must be ready to actively visit partner banks, financial institutions, and vendor offices to ensure the seamless submission, verification, and physical clearance of client files. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also heavily involve conducting rigorous follow-ups with bank officials and vendors to expedite processing times and resolve any documentation discrepancies. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative skills, is highly mobile for local travel, and excels at tracking multiple applications simultaneously to support our firm's broader advisory and distribution goals.
