Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proficient in computer applications, and comfortable communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office work and administrative tasks.

• Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication with clients and vendors.

• Work on company portals and update data as required.

• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of English (written and verbal).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred (not mandatory).
