We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining data records, and supporting the front office and operations team from behind the scenes.
Data entry and database management
Handling emails and internal documentation
Coordinating with other departments as needed
Maintaining records and files (physical and digital)
Preparing reports and presentations
Supporting HR, Finance, and Operations teams in back-end tasks
Ensuring smooth internal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of office management tools and software
