Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily inward and outward material records.

  • Update inventory transactions in ERP/software on a timely basis.

  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and Material Return Notes (MRN).

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

  • Maintain stock registers and filing of store documents.

  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

  • Verify purchase orders against received materials.

  • Monitor stock levels and notify the Store Manager about low stock or reorder requirements.

  • Assist in physical stock verification and inventory audits.

  • Prepare barcode labels and maintain material identification records.

  • Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movement of materials.

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of store records.
