Job Opening: Order Processing Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to handle order processing and vendor coordination. The role involves managing emails, confirming orders, and communicating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and review emails on a regular basis

  • Acknowledge customer orders and update order details in the system

  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time

  • Coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment and updates

  • Handle vendor calls professionally and resolve basic queries

  • Maintain clear communication between internal teams and vendors

  • Keep records of orders, communications, and updates

 

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of order processing

  • 6–12 months of relevant work experience preferred

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)

  • Good computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Prior experience with e-commerce and marketplace tools is a major plus.

  • Relevant experience in Vendor calling (Mandatory)

  • Only Experienced candidates, freshers do not apply

 

Shift Details

  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
