Job Title: Back Office Executive - Logistics Operations

About the Role
Support our branch operations by handling documentation, shipment tracking, and MIS. You will ensure cargo moves on time with complete paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment Documentation: Prepare LR, e-way bill, invoice, and dispatch documents
2. Tracking & Updates: Track in-transit shipments and update status in TMS/WMS
3. POD Management: Collect, scan, and upload Proof of Delivery within 24 hours
4. MIS Reporting: Daily report on dispatches, pending PODs, detention, revenue, and claims
5. Customer Coordination: Coordinate with clients for documentation and delivery updates
6. Vendor Coordination: Share load details with transporters and follow up on billing
7. Claims & Exceptions: Log and follow up on damage, shortage, and delay cases
8. Compliance: Ensure all documents meet GST, transport, and company audit standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 12th/Graduate any. Knowledge of logistics terms is a plus
- Technical: MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot. Working knowledge of ERP/TMS is preferred
- Skills: Multitasking, communication, problem-solving, deadline-driven
- Experience: Experience in courier, 3PL, warehouse, or freight back office preferred
