Rider Onboarding Executive
Location: Across 4 locations in Delhi ot Gurgaon
Deployment: 1 agent per kiosk (4 agents total)
Duration: Contractual, ongoing based on pilot performance
Compensation: Fixed monthly payout + variable incentives
Role Summary:
The executive will manage an onboarding kiosk and act as the first point of contact for individuals interested in becoming Blinkit delivery partners. Their primary responsibility is to guide potential partners through the onboarding process (via app) and ensure they are successfully activated and performing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Blinkit onboarding kiosk independently during designated hours.
Engage walk-ins interested in becoming delivery partners and explain the benefits of working with Blinkit.
Assist candidates through the onboarding journey on the Blinkit app — registration, document upload, etc.
Track each candidate’s progress and submit regular reports to Blinkit SPOC.
Ensure kiosk branding and cleanliness maintenance.
Profile Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass, ideally with 1–2 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or field activation roles.
Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
Must be comfortable using Android smartphones and apps.
Empathetic and persuasive — able to build rapport quickly and motivate individuals.
Ability to motivate and influence people to complete set goals.
Prior experience in gig worker onboarding, logistics, or staffing is a strong advantage.
Payout Structure:
Fixed monthly salary (20K monthly)
Variable incentive component based on milestones achieved by onboarded riders. (upto 8-15K)
