We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Back Office Executive cum Marketing Executive (Male) to join Ayuker Wellness in Wakad. This role is a mix of digital content management and physical field promotion. If you know how to handle Instagram as well as you handle local networking, we want you!
Data Management: Maintaining and updating patient records, billing, and health files accurately.
Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels of medicines, clinic supplies, and wellness products; placing orders when stock is low.
Appointment Coordination: Managing the clinic's digital calendar and making follow-up calls to patients.
Vendor Coordination: Communicating with labs, pharmacies, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Basic Accounts: Handling daily cash tallies, expense tracking, and preparing simple reports for the management.
Facility Support: Ensuring the clinic environment is ready for patients (checking equipment, power, and cleanliness).
Social Media: Create and post engaging ad banners and updates on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Field Promotion: Hang banners, posters, and distribute promotional materials in high-traffic public areas across Wakad.
Campaign Management: Plan and run local awareness campaigns to bring new walk-ins to the wellness center.
Local Branding: Ensure Ayuker Wellness is visible at key spots (gyms, societies, markets) in the Wakad area.
