Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our fintech/microfinance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational support for financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer applications, financial transactions, and internal reports.
Verify and process documents related to loan applications, account openings, KYC compliance, and financial services.
Coordinate with field officers, branch managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Maintain databases, MIS reports, and daily operational reports.
Handle data entry, document filing, and record management in digital and physical formats.
Assist in monitoring customer accounts, loan disbursements, repayments, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and documentation standards.
Respond to internal queries and support operational teams with required information.
Track pending cases and follow up with relevant teams for timely completion.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, clients, and applicants for follow-ups and service-related communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Good understanding of data management and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of banking, fintech, or microfinance operations will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet).
Good communication and telephone handling skills.
Ability to manage data entry, documentation, and basic office coordination.
Experience in back office, customer support, fintech, banking, or office administration will be an added advantage.
