Job Summary

The Back Office Executive will provide essential administrative and operational support across different departments—inventory, logistics, and Process Department —ensuring smooth and accurate back-end operations for a gold jewelry enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record Keeping
  Enter and update data within ERP systems, maintain accurate data, inventory, and transaction records.

• Order Processing
  Handle internal processing of customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Ensure accurate, timely filing and confirmations

• Inventory Management
  Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with stores or vendors to manage shortages or excess.

• Vendor and Internal Coordination
  Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and production units regarding deliveries, quality issues, or stock adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• Technical Proficiency
  knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, dashboards); familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems is a plus.

• Organizational & Analytical Skills
  Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication & Language Skills
  Clear verbal and written communication; knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or English can be beneficial.

• Soft Skills
  Effective teamwork, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and professional customer service mindset.
  

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in a similar role within the jewelry or retail industry.

• Experience with branded jewelry stores or recognized jewelry operations.

Salary & Location

• Typical compensation ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience and responsibilities.

• On-site work at the Ashapuri Gold Ornament Limited office (Ahmedabad/CG Road, Swastik cross Road to be specified by the company).
