Back Office Executive

We are hiring for the post of Customer Relationship Executive. The company has tie-ups with some foreign universities. Candidates have to communicate with clients over the mail, whatsapp or call, and the communication is related to assignments submission date, referencing style, word limit and payment related query. The candidate needs to work as a coordinator between clients and writers.
