Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries (Phone / Email / WhatsApp)

  • Prepare quotations & proforma invoices

  • Follow up for order confirmation & payments

  • Coordinate with sales, production & dispatch teams

  • Maintain sales records & CRM updates

  • Assist in monthly sales reports

Requirements:

  • Good computer knowledge

  • Strong written & verbal communication

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks & timelines

  • Technical knowledge will be an added advantage
