Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring patient enrollment and service delivery processes

  • Support leave management and coordination of field staff (nurses)

  • Handle basic queries and escalate grievances or complaints to seniors

  • Assist in resolving patient and staff concerns efficiently

  • Support transport and logistics coordination

  • Help in scheduling field visits and supervising activities

  • Assist in tracking field performance and identifying gaps

  • Support patient discharge process coordination

  • Update reporting manager on field activities and issues

MIS & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing reports on manpower utilization and operational metrics

  • Maintain records and documentation as per company standards

  • Submit reports to the reporting manager on time

  • Support any additional tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Willingness to work in field operations and learn

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
