We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can handle customer queries through chat, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication. No calling involved. Candidates should have basic English understanding—fluency in speaking is not mandatory as this is a chat-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat (online messaging)

  • Maintain data and prepare basic reports

  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams

  • Assist in daily back-office operations

  • Follow up with customers on order updates (via chat only)

  • Ensure timely and professional communication

Requirements

  • Intermediate English reading & typing skills

  • Good communication through chat

  • Knowledge of MS Excel/Word is a plus

  • Ability to handle multiple chats
