Back Office Executive

Job Title: Junior Hotel Consultant
Location: Kamela Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Hotel Consultant to join our team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a presentable appearance, and the ability to multitask effectively. Freshers or candidates with experience in other fields are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner

• Draft and type emails, proposals, and other documents accurately

• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

• Convince potential clients about the benefits of our hotel consulting services

• Use basic computer skills to support daily operations

Required Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Strong email typing and formatting

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills

• Presentable and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing, etc.)
