Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accurate databases.

  • Process and verify documents, invoices, and forms as per organizational procedures.

  • Handle back-end operations like file management, inventory logs, or transaction updates.

  • Coordinate with front office, HR, finance, or logistics teams to support their workflows.

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel, ERP, or internal tools.

  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Monitor emails, manage schedules, and assist with internal communication.

  • Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a back-office, admin, or support role (0–2 years).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and handle routine tasks responsibly.
