We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Alsa Computer. The role involves call our existing customer and take feedback, cross sales lead ,updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. cross sales lead transfer to sales executive.With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 12,000 salary. There is no sale required and no any target.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
