The role involves handling order processing, delivery coordination, customer communication, and after-sales support.---Key Responsibilities:1. Order Management:Create orders on the delivery portal from Amazon seller account.Update tracking details on Amazon accurately and on time.2. Delivery & Issue Resolution:Monitor delivery performance and handle reported delivery issues.Communicate with customers to provide solutions for delivery-related problems.3. Replacement Handling:Arrange replacement orders or parts in cases of transit damage.Ensure smooth and quick resolution for customer satisfaction.4. Installation & Repairs:Coordinate with Urban Company for product installations and open repair cases.Track and close service requests efficiently.5. Logistics Coordination:Manage local deliveries and prepare route-wise shipments for in-house tempo/vehicle.Track and confirm deliveries.6.
