We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day operational support, documentation, coordination, and basic administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently to ensure smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Back Office Operations:
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate with internal teams for operational support
Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office coordination and backend processes
Assist in vendor coordination and office-related activities
Ensure proper filing and documentation management
Accounts & Billing Support:
Assist in invoice processing and billing activities
Maintain basic financial records and documentation
Support accounts team with routine tasks
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of office and backend operations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic knowledge of accounting processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
