Job Overview:.
We are hiring Back Office Executives to support our showroom’s operational, administrative, and accounting activities.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and well-versed with Tally and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:.
Manage all back-office operations including data entry, billing, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and invoices.
Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Work on Tally software for accounting entries, stock updates, and financial records.
Support the showroom manager and sales team in administrative tasks.
Maintain databases and ensure proper filing of important documents.
Coordinate with clients/vendors over phone calls or emails as required.
Requirements:.
Female candidates preferred.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Prior experience in back office, accounts, or administration will be an advantage.
