Job Description for the position of Corporate Relations Executive

Reporting To: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Salary Range: Based on Interview
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
Experience: Up to 1 year (Freshers are also welcome)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Must have working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations

• Handling client service and backend operations

• Serve as the direct point of contact for customer queries

• Liaising and following up with clients and developers

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Proficient in using and navigating the internet effectively

• Skilled in identifying and shortlisting properties online

• Preparing and maintaining Minutes of Meetings (MoM)

• Creating and maintaining MIS reports and generating required reports

• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
