Job Description

Handle tender search, bid preparation and tender participation.
Inventory management.
Store keeping.
Maintain material inward and outward records.
Data entry and record keeping.
Interact with other departments and coordinate for task completion.
Prepare reports.
Candidate should be BCom with minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Handle accounting of the company till trial balance
Data entry in Tally and Zoho ERP
GST return filling
Prepare invoice, expense vouchers, delivery challan and take entries in tally
Handle banking activities
Submit documents to bank as per requirement
Handle inventory management and stores activities
Filling and book keeping
