We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Verify documents and update information in the system.
Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain databases.
Handle emails and coordinate with internal departments.
Manage office documentation and filing.
Support day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
