We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare, verify, and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Respond to emails and assist with administrative support.
Maintain MIS reports and update company databases regularly.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of business information.
Support day-to-day office operations and complete assigned tasks on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles (Freshers can also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of documentation, record management, and office administration.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
