Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and maintain records, files, and documents efficiently

Perform data entry and update internal databases regularly

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS

Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

Manage emails, calls, and internal communication

Verify and process documents as per company guidelines

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, MS Word)

Good communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Freshers and experienced both can apply
