Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, supporting daily business operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company records and documentation.

Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Verify and process documents as per company guidelines.

Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain databases.

Coordinate with internal teams for operational support.

Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
