We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, handling data entry, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
Prepare and update reports, MIS, and documentation.
Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for operational support.
Verify data and ensure all records are up to date.
Respond to emails and maintain professional communication.
Assist in invoice processing and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
