We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our company’s administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data management, documentation, coordination, and internal communication across departments. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency behind the scenes.
Manage and process data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records
Handle document preparation, verification, and filing (both digital and physical)
Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Monitor email communication and respond to internal and vendor queries
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security procedures
Support logistics, procurement, or finance back-end tasks as required
Perform routine checks and quality control on submitted data or forms
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a related field
Freshers are welcome
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication
