We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of records and transactions.
Work with Excel to maintain and update reports, databases, and trackers.
Assist with banking-related tasks such as reconciliations, documentation.
Maintain internal records and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Support management in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Proficient in basic Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Good understanding of banking processes and documentation.
Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to draft professional emails and official correspondence.
Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
