· WE HAVE A GROUP NAMED ‘REEL TO SHEET”.IN THIS GROUP SALES MAN PROVIDES CUSTOMERS ORDER IN DETAILS DISCUSSED WITH THEM SEEING THE UPDATED REEL STOCK LIST.

· WE TAKE A PRINT OUT OF THE DETAILED ORDER.

· CALCULATE NUMBER OF SHEETS OR OTHER RELATED CALCULATIONS.

· START TO MAKE JOB WORK IN OUR SOFTWARE.

· SEND TO CUSTOMER AS WELL AS SALES MAN.

· AFTER CONFIRMATION, WE PROCEED FOR PRODUCTION JOURNAL.

· IN THE PRODUCTION JOURNAL WE GET AN ASSURENCE THAT THE ORDER IS READY IN GODOWN.

· WE PREPARE PROFORMA INVOICE WITH DELIVERY CHARGES AS DECIDED.

· AFTER APPROVED BY SENIOR, WE PREPARE A TAX INVOICE WITH E WAY BILL AND E INVOCE FOR DELIVERY ORDER TO THE PARTY.

· AT LAST PARTY CONFIRM GOODS HAS REACHED TO THE DESTINATION AS PROVIDED BY PARTY.
