Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 salary.

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate translation, localization, and interpretation projects from start to finish.

· Assign tasks to translators, editors, and proofreaders from around the world.

· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and keep them updated.

· Track deadlines and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

· Maintain project data and files neatly (because future-you will thank you!).

What We’re Looking For

· Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Tech-savvy and familiar with online collaboration tools (CAT tools knowledge is a plus!).

· Prior experience in a language service or project management role is a bonus, but not a must.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
