Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update company databases and records
Prepare and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts)
Assist in order processing and tracking shipments
Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation
Respond to emails and manage correspondence
Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Generate reports and MIS as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of import-export processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
