Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain and update company databases and records

  • Prepare and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.)

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts)

  • Assist in order processing and tracking shipments

  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation

  • Respond to emails and manage correspondence

  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Generate reports and MIS as required


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of import-export processes (preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
