Position: - Sales Coordinator. (Back-Office)

Job Responsibilities:-
➢ Convert sales orders received from the sales staff into tax invoices in accordance
with set guidelines.
➢ Coordinate material dispatches with the sales team, factory, and depots to ensure
timely deliveries.
➢ Ensure the overall efficiency of depot stock by processing billing for each available
item at least bi-monthly
➢ Maintain accurate trade partner data and update the Monthly Trade Offer Data
(TOD) in a timely manner.
➢ Prepare and submit MIS reports, including sales targets vs. achievements, health
profiles, and dealer ledger reports.
➢ Follow-up with sales team for daily, weekly & monthly sales orders.
➢ Give demonstration of products.
➢ Co-ordinate with Sales Team for their monthly attendance & queries.
➢ Compiling & replying to online enquiries.
➢ Co-ordinate with branch office, C&F agents & factory personnel.
➢ Provide necessary stock data to the sales team, promoting sales of premium and
high-value products.
➢ Prepare purchase bill entry in ERP Software.
➢ Calculate damage material return amount & issue credit note.
➢ Maintaining ledger entries of customers of branch office.
➢ Update account statement of dealers and co-ordinate with accounts department.

➢ Should be Confident & Good in Analytical & Communication Skills.
➢ Should be Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and
Outlook) & Well Versed in using Tally & ERP System.
➢ Should be Able to Grasp Instructions Quickly and Work Well under Pressure.
➢ Should Prioritize Work-Load and show a Disciplined, Methodical & Process-
Oriented Approach.
➢ Should Exhibit Positive behavior & Attitude.
➢ Should be Able to Build Positive Relationships with Colleagues, Other
Departments & Vendors.
➢ Should have a Command over English & Hindi.
