About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Intern to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The intern will assist various departments in maintaining records, managing data, coordinating projects, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to business operations, administration, project coordination, and process management in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in various back-office and administrative projects assigned by the management.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and operational documents.

  • Perform data entry, data verification, and data cleaning activities.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.

Performance-Based PPO

Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance, professionalism, ownership, and learning ability during the internship may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC of ₹3.5 LPA upon successful completion of the 4-month internship period, subject to business requirements and performance evaluation.

Stipend: ₹4,000 per month
Internship Duration: 4 Months
