Job Description

Seeking a Process Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth inter-department workflow, and maintain FMS, PMS, and IMS compliance with strong follow-up, proactive communication, and task-tracking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes to ensure smooth workflow.

Take ownership of follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and vendors until closure.

Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure clarity and timely updates.

Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation in an accurate and organized way.

Identify gaps or delays in processes and escalate when required.

Support management in implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance.

Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and share status updates with management regularly.

Required Skills:

Strong follow-up skills with persistence to ensure task completion.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
